Wireless Tech - In just 12 sentences

Hi everyone, I'm Zupero, and today I'm gonna explain about Wireless connections, we see them everywhere! Wifi, bluetooth, internet, quick share, tap to pay, online payments, etc. Wireless connections are convenient, as they don't require a single wire, or jumbled up wrong connections.

Lets dive deep into the history:

Bluetooth: 

In 1994, Erricson invented this technology and named it "Bluetooth" because recently, he had read a book of Danish history, A Danish king named "Harald Bluetooth Gorman"  was in it, he once united Norway and Denmark and made a connection, thus, as we are connecting 2 devices in bluetooth, he named it Bluetooth.

It works by sending Radio waves in a 30m radius.

NFC (Nearby Field Communication)

In the early 2000s, Sony And Phillips worked Together to form the technology. It became enabled first in a Nokia in 2004 and became popular in 2006.

It works by the same beat weaker radio waves under 4cm radius (basically phones needing to touch).

Wi-Fi (Named over The company)

Wi-Fi, a technology developed In January 23rd, 1996, was developed by a company named wifi itself.

It also works by radio waves that are strong and connect to the tower to tower, city to city, state, to state, country to country, and continent to continent.

Basically, most technology is radio waves.
